Automotive Sales Consultant

Highland Park Ford Lincoln strives to provide all of our customers with great customer service. We are currently looking to add an Automotive Sales Consultant to our growing dealership.

Job Description:

The Sales consultant will work with our customers and assist them with inquiries and purchases. They will possess excellent follow-up skills, effectively build relationships and follow processes. The ideal candidate will be friendly, have a positive attitude and be able to work independently as well as a team player. This position is base + commission position.

Qualifications:
  • 2 Years of previous automotive sales experience
  • Ford/Lincoln Experience Preferred, but we will train the right candidate
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Generate new business by prospecting, making follow up calls and educating customers on products and incentive programs.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proven closing and follow through
  • Basic Computer, CRM, Internet Skills
  • Attend all training and Sales Meeting
  • Motivated to gain continuous knowledge on inventory and technology

Certified Ford Transmission Specialist

Job Description:
Technician Highland Park Ford Lincoln is growing! We are looking to add a qualified Ford Transmission Technician specialist to our team. This is a full time position with Union Benefits.
  • Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
  • Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting
  • Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
  • Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order
  • Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician
  • Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean

Qualifications and Experience
  • Must be Ford Certified
  • Must have Previous Automotive Technician Experience
  • Must have tools
  • Must pass pre employment drug test

Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with Ford/Lincoln and ADP/CDK experience to join our team at our high volume dealership in Highland Park. Salary + Commission.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
  • Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
  • Conducting post-repair follow-up
  • ADP / CDK experience preferred
  • Explain cost, service process and time requirements to customers in detail
  • Explain any cost adjustments to customers
  • Educate customers on completed work, all charges on Survey follow-up

Job Qualifications:
  • Must have previous experience in Automotive industry
  • Great people skills with sales and Automotive customer service experience
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Detail and goal oriented
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have great customer service skills, follow up and sales experience

  • Washing and drying customer cars and loaners
  • Miscellaneous duties in the service department
  • Assist with the cleaning and detailing of our clients vehicles
  • Moving Vehicles within dealership
  • Driving Customers 
Job/Education Requirements:
  • Must have driving record, and up to date and clean license and registration
  • Dealership and Porter experience preferred

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in US
  • High School Diploma
